Manucho signs new Rayo Vallecano deal

Former Manchester United striker Manucho signs a contract extension with Rayo Vallecano.

Rayo Vallecano have confirmed that Manucho has signed a new contract with the club.

The former Manchester United striker had just 12 months left to run on his previous deal at the Campo de Futbol de Vallecas.

However, he has now extended his terms by a further year, which has tied him to Rayo until the summer of 2017.

Manucho, who joined Rayo from Real Valladolid in 2014, scored five goals in 37 La Liga outings last term.
