Rangers have reportedly expressed their interest in signing Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Massimiliano Allegri revealed earlier this month that he expected the former Arsenal man to leave the club before the 11pm deadline, as he has struggled for game time in Turin.
The 31-year-old has played only 112 minutes of football for Juve across all competitions this season, including just one start back in August last year.
According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the Serie A giants are pushing to sell Ramsey, with Rangers currently in negotiations over a potential move to Ibrox.
Premier League duo Burnley and Crystal Palace have also been linked with the midfielder, but the former are believed to be the most likely to rival the Gers to his signature.
The 71-cap Welsh international would be expected to take a significant wage cut from his £400,000 per-week salary should he depart in the final hours of the window.
Rangers boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst has already added Amad Diallo on loan from Manchester United, while Hearts defender John Souttar has signed a pre-contract agreement to join the club as a free agent in the summer.
