New Queens Park Rangers signing Shaun Wright-Phillips believes that there are "exciting times" ahead for the Loftus Road club.
The 29-year-old winger has joined Rangers for an undisclosed fee from Manchester City and has penned a three-year contract.
"I’m delighted – I can’t wait to kick-start my QPR career," Wright-Phillips told the club's official website.
"Once I spoke to the manager and saw the direction that the club was going in, I wanted to be a part of that.
"It’s exciting times for QPR. With the new signings and the squad that we’ve got, the club is heading in the right direction."
QPR were also hoping to seal the additions of Jason Puncheon and Anton Ferdinand before the transfer deadline passed.
