Harry Redknapp has reportedly offered Jermain Defoe the chance to return to the Premier League by joining his Queens Park Rangers side.
The English striker moved to MLS outfit Toronto earlier this year, but is thought to be considering his future after the side fired its entire coaching staff, including former QPR defender Ryan Nelsen, who had been in charge at the club since ending his playing career in 2013.
According to the Daily Express, Redknapp is looking to bring the 31-year-old to Loftus Road before tomorrow's transfer deadline.
Defoe has previously played under Redknapp at Spurs and West Ham United, as well as during a loan spell with Portsmouth in 2008.
