Queens Park Rangers director of football Les Ferdinand has admitted that handing Chris Ramsey the manager's job was a "gamble", but at the moment, has "no regrets".
Ramsey has lost six of the seven games played since he was promoted from coach to first-team boss until the end of the season.
"No regrets at all because I know what a great coach he is," Ferdinand told Sky Sports News. "It's a gamble, any manager coming in would have been a gamble.
"There's no guarantees that anyone would have done any better in the divisor or anyone would have done any better than Chris Ramsey's doing at the moment, so I've got no regrets at the moment."
QPR are currently second from bottom in the Premier League table, four points adrift of safety.
