Roma set Paris Saint-Germain deadline for Lucas Digne switch?

Roma will reportedly walk away from a loan deal for Lucas Digne, if Paris Saint-Germain fail to formally sanction the move by Sunday.

AS Roma have reportedly given Paris Saint-Germain until Sunday to confirm Lucas Digne's loan move to the Serie A club.

The French international is expected to leave the Ligue 1 champions, with manager Laurent Blanc saying that there is a "high" chance of Digne joining the Giallorossi.

However, PSG have insisted that they need to find a replacement for the 22-year-old first and, according to Sky Sport Italia, Roma are losing patience with Les Rouges et Bleu over the stagnation of the deal.

It is thought that the Italian giants are willing to wait until Sunday, but would consider other targets if the move is not completed by then.

PSG maintained their perfect start in Ligue 1 with a 1-0 win away to Montpellier on Friday.
