Paris Saint-Germain have continued their summer spending spree, confirming the signings of Mohamed Sissoko from Juventus and Salvatore Sirigu from Palermo.
The Parisian club, backed by new Qatari investors, have been spending heavily this summer, bringing many new faces including Jeremy Menez from Roma and Kevin Gameiro from Lorient.
Sissoko, 26, said: "I chose this club because it's a club with a very ambitious project and the people here have told me some very important things."
Highly-rated Argentinian Javier Pastore is also tipped to join his former teammate, 24-year-old Sirigu, at the Parc des Princes if PSG beat Chelsea to his signature.
"The team is going in a direction that suits me," said goalkeeper Sirigu.
PSG's total expenditure so far this summer is thought to be around €50m (£44m).
