Pacos de Ferreira and Fiorentina have played out a goalless draw in their Europa League Group E clash this evening.

The hosts had an early sight on goal when Ruben Ribeiro had an effort from long range, but his effort failed to hit the target.

Bebe missed a great chance to give the home side the lead when he was found inside the box, but fired the ball straight at the keeper from close range.

In the second half, Ribeiro had another attempt on goal and again fired his effort wide.

Fiorentina felt that they should have had a penalty after Matias Fernandez went down inside the area under pressure from Tiago Valente, yet the referee was unconvinced by his appeals.

The home side pushed for a winner late on with Gustavo Munua forced to tip over a strike from Sergio Oliveira, but they could not find a way through and both sides had to settle for a draw.
