Nottingham Forest secure Michail Antonio signing

Nottingham Forest confirm the signing of winger Michail Antonio from Sheffield Wednesday.

Nottingham Forest have announced the signing of winger Michail Antonio from Sheffield Wednesday on a three-year deal.

The 24-year-old joins the Championship club following a two-year spell playing for Wednesday.

"I'm really pleased to be here. Nottingham Forest is a massive club, it has great potential to reach the Premier League and, on a personal level, I'm here to better myself as a player and get as far as I can," he told the club's official website.

"Forest have an amazing history and they have been pushing for promotion to the Premier League for the last four or five years. Hopefully now we can get there."

Antonio scored four goals in 28 appearances during the 2013-14 campaign.
