Reports indicate that Gary Hooper has passed his medical with Norwich City and is about to sign a four-year deal with the Premier League side.

Gary Hooper has passed his medical with Norwich City and is close to completing a move to Carrow Road, according to a report.

The 25-year-old was in talks over a move to Queens Park Rangers until manager Chris Hughton reignited his interest.

Hooper spent yesterday in East Anglia after being given permission to discuss personal terms with the Premier League club.

According to Sky Sports News, Norwich's medical team are happy with the striker's fitness and he will sign a four-year deal with the Canaries.

The former Scunthorpe United player scored 19 goals in the Scottish Premier League for Celtic last season.
