West Ham United striker Andy Carroll would reportedly consider a return to his boyhood club Newcastle United.
The Magpies have been linked with a move for the 26-year-old, who has made just six Premier League appearances this season due to injuries.
Carroll left Newcastle in 2011 to join Liverpool for £35m, but he left Anfield for Upton Park two years later for a fee of £15m.
According to The Shields Gazette, Carroll is open to the idea of returning to St James' Park, but West Ham will only consider selling in January if they receive a bid well in excess of what they paid.
The striker has scored 21 league goals since leaving Newcastle four years ago.
