Newcastle United are reportedly considering giving striker Nile Ranger the boot after his latest arrest.
The 20-year-old was arrested by police in the early hours of Sunday morning for being drunk and disorderly near a nightclub in Quayside.
The forward was questioned by police and then released on bail after being charged for the offences.
The incident could be in breach of the Magpies' curfew rules which may ignite the club's decision to let go of the forward, according to the Daily Mail.
Ranger, who hasn't scored in 24 appearances, was forced to serve time at a young offenders' institute while playing for Southampton after he took part in an armed robbery in London.
