Saturday's Serie A predictions including Lazio vs. Juventus

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Serie A fixtures, including Lazio vs. Juventus.

Napoli vs. Atalanta (Saturday, 11.30am)

Both back from the international break with securing a top-six finish on their mind, Napoli and Atalanta BC meet at Stadio Maradona on Saturday.

Italy's outgoing champions sit two points behind La Dea in the race for European qualification, having played one game more, but they seem to have turned a corner under new management.

We say: Napoli 1-1 Atalanta BC

Napoli have been below their best on home soil this term, while Atalanta rank just 10th for points won on the road in Serie A and are enduring a sticky patch. Therefore, just a second draw in 18 games between these teams in Naples could be on the cards.

Genoa vs. Frosinone (Saturday, 2.00pm)

Two teams promoted together last year resume contrasting Serie A campaigns on Saturday, as mid-table Genoa host 18th-placed Frosinone at Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

Still searching for their first away win in the league this season, the visitors are desperate to end a worrying slide down the standings.

We say: Genoa 1-1 Frosinone

Since December, Genoa have drawn the most games in Serie A (eight), and that trend could continue at Marassi: Frosinone are far less effective away from home, but they pose an attacking threat and may have benefited from a break that came as they were free-falling down the table.

Torino vs. Monza (Saturday, 2.00pm)

Torino and Monza are separated by one place in the Serie A table heading into this weekend's gameweek 30 action at Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.

Ivan Juric's team returned to winning ways before the international break, while Raffaele Palladino's men claimed a fourth win in five against Cagliari.

We say: Torino 1-1 Monza

Torino will hope to avoid conceding first against a Monza side that have secured 11 wins from 12 (one draw) after scoring the game's opening goal this term.

Despite the Bull's propensity for clean sheets, matches between the clubs in Serie A have witnessed both sides scoring, and Saturday's game should follow the same pattern in a third consecutive 1-1 draw.

Lazio vs. Juventus (Saturday, 5.00pm)

In the first game of a potentially decisive double-header with Juventus, mid-table Lazio aim to make a fresh start under new management, as two fallen giants clash at Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.

Defeats to Juve in league and cup over the next few days would all but end the Biancocelesti's season, while the visitors are enduring one of their worst streaks since rejoining Serie A in 2007.

We say: Lazio 0-1 Juventus

It may take time to make the transition from Sarri-ball to Tudor's tactics, so Lazio are set to suffer another defeat this weekend. Ahead of their next meeting on Tuesday, these sides will most likely play out a cagey affair, with Juve reverting to type and grinding out the win.

Fiorentina vs. AC Milan (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Amid a time of tragedy and turmoil at the club, Fiorentina make their return to Serie A duty when AC Milan arrive at Stadio Artemio Franchi on Saturday.

The Viola's general manager passed away after falling ill just before their game against Atalanta BC, which was then postponed, and they may soon be on the hunt for a new head coach; Milan, meanwhile, are focused on securing a top-two finish.

We say: Fiorentina 2-2 AC Milan

Only one of the last 12 league matches between Fiorentina and Milan have ended in a draw, but that could be the outcome this weekend. The Viola will come up just shy of recording three straight home wins over the Rossoneri for a first time since the 1970s, but even one point would be welcome.
