Millwall have rejected a bid from fellow Championship club Reading for captain Paul Robinson.
The Royals have reportedly opted to pursue 29-year-old Robinson to replace Matt Mills after he joined Leicester City earlier this summer.
Lions manager Kenny Jackett has revealed that the club are not looking to sell their skipper and it would take a big bid to prise him away from the New Den.
"In the current market the offer we have received for our captain falls way below my valuation of him," said Jackett.
"We are not looking to sell Paul, nor am I under any pressure from the board to sell him.
"However, I know every player does have his price, but if we were to accept an offer for Paul the amount would have to reflect the current market in the Championship and be of a level that will financially change the landscape of our season."
Robinson has spent his entire career with Millwall.
