The agent of Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal is reportedly due to meet Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal today regarding a possible move to Old Trafford.
The Chile international has been heavily linked with the Red Devils for some time, but doubts over the 27-year-old's recent knee surgery were said to have left the deal in limbo.
Rumours emerged yesterday claiming that Vidal's agent Fernando Felicevich arrived in the UK for Sunday's Community Shield clash, which ended in victory for Arsenal over Manchester City.
According to Rai Sport, Vidal's representative will today meet Van Gaal, who is believed to be willing to offer cash plus Marouane Fellaini and Javier Hernandez in the deal.
So far this summer, United have signed midfielder Ander Herrera and England left-back Luke Shaw.
