Louis van Gaal coy on Angel di Maria future

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal says that he has no fresh news on the future of Angel di Maria, who is being strongly linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has once again failed to confirm that Angel di Maria will remain with the club this summer.

The Argentine moved to Old Trafford from Real Madrid last summer, but struggled to replicate his best form in England and ended the season out of the team.

Di Maria is due to join up with United on their pre-season tour of the United States later this week, but talk of a move to Paris Saint-Germain has gathered pace in recent days.

"I can't answer that. you can ask all you want. When I have anything to say on the subject, I'll do so," Van Gaal told reporters when questioned on Di Maria's future.

Manchester United were victorious in their second game of pre-season on Tuesday evening as they won 3-1 against San Jose Earthquakes.
