Two Premier League clubs monitor Antonio Rudiger's contract situation at Chelsea, according to a report.

Two Premier League clubs are reportedly monitoring Antonio Rudiger's contract situation at Chelsea.

The 29-year-old's deal at Stamford Bridge is due to expire at the end of June, and the Blues, as it stands, cannot sign him to an extension due to their off-the-field problems.

Manchester United continue to be linked with the Germany international, while Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also believed to be interested in his signature on a free transfer.

According to Sky Sports News, there are two Premier League sides keeping a close eye on developments, with Rudiger seemingly set to leave Chelsea following the expiration of his deal.

The report claims that Man United interim head coach Ralf Rangnick is a 'long-term admirer' of the centre-back, although it is unclear whether the Red Devils are one of the two unnamed sides.

Rudiger has been a vital player for Chelsea during the 2021-22 campaign, making 42 appearances in all competitions, contributing three goals and four assists in the process.

The defender is believed to be open to remaining in the Premier League if he leaves Chelsea.
