Erik ten Hag is reportedly determined to bring Ajax attacker Antony with him to Manchester United.
There has still not been an announcement on Ten Hag's future, but the Dutchman is set to be named Man United's next permanent manager in the coming weeks.
The 20-time English champions are expected to back the current Ajax head coach in the transfer market, even if they are unsuccessful in their attempts to secure Champions League football for next term.
According to The Sun, Antony has been identified as a leading transfer target, with the Brazil international enjoying an impressive 2021-22 campaign for his Amsterdam club.
The 22-year-old has scored 12 times and registered 10 assists in 33 appearances for Ten Hag's side this term, including two goals and four assists in the Champions League.
Antony is believed to be valued by his current side in excess of £50m, and the club would be open to a sale if they received a suitable offer for the South American.
The attacker, who still has more than three years left to run on his current deal, has scored 22 times and registered 20 assists in 79 appearances for Ajax since arriving from Sao Paulo in July 2020.
