Newly-announced Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has reportedly set his sights on bringing Inter Milan full-back Denzel Dumfries to Old Trafford.
Current Man United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been heavily linked with a move away from the Red Devils this summer, and that role is said to be high on Ten Hag's list of priority positions to recruit in.
Dumfries has been a key figure in Simone Inzaghi's side this season, netting five goals and providing seven assists in 41 appearances across all competitions, and he has a long-term contract at the San Siro, running until 2025.
However, according to The Sun, the 26-year-old looks set for a move to the Premier League where he can link up with fellow Dutchman Ten Hag in Manchester.
Ajax full-back Noussair Mazraoui was believed to be Ten Hag's number one transfer target but the 24-year-old looks certain to be heading for the Bundesliga and German giants Bayern Munich.
Dumfries joined Inter from PSV Eindhoven last summer for an estimated £12.5m, but he is now believed to be valued around £30m.
