Report: Manchester United to sign Mats Hummels, Nathaniel Clyne next

Mats Hummels and Nathaniel Clyne will follow Memphis Depay to Manchester United this summer, according to reports,

Manchester United are hoping to swiftly sign two new defenders, according to reports.

United started what is expected to be a heavy summer of spending by announcing that they have agreed a deal to buy winger Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven.

The Mirror claims that they will follow that up by signing Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels and Southampton full-back Nathaniel Clyne within the next two months.

The paper also adds that United are working on deals to sign Hummels's Dortmund teammate Ilkay Gundogan and Edinson Cavani from Paris Saint-Germain.

The fee for Depay is expected to be in the region of £25m.
