Manchester United interim boss Ralf Rangnick has reportedly blocked an exit for goalkeeper Dean Henderson, who is believed to be keen to leave Old Trafford.
The 24-year-old has only made two appearances this season, and is looking to find a club where he can secure his place as their number one between the posts.
Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are said to be among the interested parties in Henderson's availability, and more regular Premier League action is also likely to help the Englishman's position in Gareth Southgate's squad.
According to talkSPORT, Rangnick is not keen on the idea of letting Henderson leave the club despite the out-of-choice goalkeeper reportedly being 'really unhappy' with his situation at the Red Devils.
Henderson's longest run of games in a Man United shirt came towards the end of the 2020-21 campaign but number one David De Gea has earned his starting position back and is currently one of the in-form keepers in the division.
In total, Henderson has kept 13 clean sheets in 28 appearances for Man United, in between loan spells to Shrewsbury Town and Sheffield United.
