Portuguese winger reveals Manchester United return

Manchester United winger Nani reveals that he will return to Old Trafford once his season-long loan at Sporting Lisbon finishes.

Nani has confirmed that he will be returning to Manchester United this summer.

The Portuguese winger was loaned out to Sporting Lisbon for the season after being deemed surplus to requirements under Louis van Gaal.

A permanent switch to Sporting was touted after impressing this season, but the 28-year-old says that he is going back to Old Trafford.

"I'm a United player," he is quoted as saying by The Express. "I always have to go back, but then we'll see."

Nani, who was signed by Sir Alex Ferguson in 2007, is contracted to the Red Devils until 2018.
