Nani believes Manchester City will struggle should Carlos Tevez leave the club.

Manchester United midfielder Nani has claimed that Manchester City would struggle if Carlos Tevez leaves the club.

The Portuguese winger explained that playing with Tevez during his spell with United made him realise how important the Argentinian is to a club.

"I played with Carlos and he is an important player for any club," Nani told The Sun.

"I don't know if he will play at City but, if he does go, it will be a big problem for [Roberto] Mancini because of the way that he plays and his experience."

Tevez, 27, is reportedly attracting interest from Serie A club Inter Milan.
