Manchester United 'want Kalidou Koulibaly, Joao Cancelo'

Manchester United will move for Juventus's Joao Cancelo and Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly this summer, according to a report.

Manchester United will reportedly make a double move for Juventus's Joao Cancelo and Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly in this summer's transfer window.

A new central defender is believed to be high on United's list of priorities, while the Red Devils are also expected to move for a new right-back as club captain Antonio Valencia prepares to depart.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, United are prepared to pay as much as £52m to land Cancelo, while they could stump up £95m to bring Koulibaly to Old Trafford at the end of the season.

Koulibaly, 27, has long been linked with a move to United, having developed into one of the best centre-backs in the world over the last couple of seasons.

Cancelo, meanwhile, joined Juve from Valencia last summer and the 24-year-old has made 23 appearances for the Old Lady during the 2018-19 campaign.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are currently in France preparing for the second leg of their last-16 Champions League tie against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night.
