Manchester United are reportedly planning to meet with the agents of Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga next week to discuss a move during this summer's transfer window.
A number of clubs have been credited with an interest in the France international, and a recent report claimed that Man United had made him a leading target ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
According to RMC Sport, the Red Devils have officially expressed their interest in the 18-year-old and are planning to meet with the midfielder's representatives next week.
The report claims that Camavinga's priority is to join Paris Saint-Germain, but Man United officials are hoping to convince him to move to the 20-time English champions.
The Frenchman has scored twice and provided five assists in 82 appearances for his current side in all competitions, including one goal and three assists in 39 outings last term.
Rennes are not in a strong position to negotiate with interested clubs, as the youngster's contract with the Ligue 1 outfit is due to expire next June.
