Manchester United have reportedly stepped up their interest in Eintracht Frankfurt attacker Omar Marmoush.
The 25-year-old joined Frankfurt from fellow Bundesliga club Wolfsburg in 2023 and he has since established himself as a star player for Dino Toppmoller's side.
Marmoush scored 17 goals and registered six assists in 41 appearances for the Eagles across all competitions last season and has since made an exceptional start to the current campaign.
Indeed, the Egypt international has contributed with 17 goals and 11 assists in 19 matches so far this term, including 13 strikes in just 12 Bundesliga games to help Frankfurt climb up to second in the table.
Marmoush's superb form has understandably caught the eye of several top European clubs including Liverpool, who have allegedly registered their interest in the attacker amidst uncertainty over the future of compatriot Mohamed Salah.
Bayern Munich and Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in Marmoush, while Man United have a 'serious' interest in the Frankfurt star, according to The Mirror.

Man United scout in-demand Marmoush in Europa League
The report adds that the Red Devils sent scouts to Denmark last Thursday to watch Marmoush score a winning penalty in Frankfurt's 2-1 Europa League win over FC Midtjylland.
Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain seemingly also have an interest in Marmoush, among other players, as they also had scouts in attendance at MCH Arena.
Frankfurt are under no immediate pressure to cash in on their No.7, who is under contract until 2027 and is valued by the Eagles at around £60m.
Sporting director Markus Krosche recently suggested that a previously reported €40m (£33.4m) package will not suffice if any interested clubs wish to lure Marmoush away from Frankfurt.
Krosche has also expressed confidence that the German club can keep hold of Marmoush amidst growing interest in the Egyptian.
Marmoush is not the only attacker on Man United's radar as Ruben Amorim's side have reportedly held 'concrete talks' over a potential move for Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres.
