Manchester United reportedly decide to send scouts to watch Benfica youngster Joao Felix in action on Tuesday night.

Manchester United have reportedly decided to take another look at Benfica youngster Joao Felix.

The 19-year-old has been provided with an opportunity in the Benfica first team this season, and five goals have already been scored from 11 league appearances.

The latest of those came against Boavista on Tuesday night, and according to The Independent, United had representatives in the crowd to assess the performance of the prospect.

Felix has only just extended his contract until 2023, but that is unlikely to stop United and a number of other top European teams from registering an interest.

Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid are also said to be admirers of the Portugal Under-21 international.
