Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea reportedly cool their interest in Declan Rice amid West Ham United's £150m valuation.

Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea have all reportedly cooled their interest in West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.

The 23-year-old is believed to have turned down a number of contract offers from David Moyes's side, although he is still on the books at the London Stadium until 2024 with the option of a further year.

Moyes has always insisted that Rice is not for sale, and interested parties would supposedly have to fork out £150m to prise him away from the Europa League semi-finalists.

As a result, The Mirror claims that Man United, Man City and Chelsea have all taken a step back, with the three sides not willing to bend to West Ham's demands.

The report adds that West Ham are 'taking influence' from the way Tottenham Hotspur handled Harry Kane's desire to leave last year, but they will likely be forced to relent next summer if Rice still refuses to sign a new deal.

Rice has scored five goals and set up four more in 44 appearances this season for West Ham, who meet Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of their Europa League semi-final on Thursday night.
