Manchester United will reportedly prioritise a move for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland in 2022.
The Red Devils bolstered their attacking ranks with the acquisitions of Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo over the summer, while Edinson Cavani is also staying on for another season.
Cavani was linked with a last-minute move to Barcelona before reaffirming his desire to stay put at United, which allowed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to put their pursuit of Haaland on hold.
According to ESPN, the Norwegian starlet remains firmly on the radar of United, who are set to be one of several clubs seeking to win the race for his services next year.
Haaland's £68m release clause will supposedly see Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich all register an interest, while Real Madrid are also keeping an eye on the situation but are set to sign Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer next year.
Haaland has already registered six goals and three assists from five games in all tournaments this term and remains contracted to Dortmund until the summer of 2024.
