Manchester United are reportedly in advanced talks with Lille over a summer deal for Nicolas Pepe.
The 24-year-old enjoyed an impressive 2018-19 campaign for his French club, scoring 23 times and contributing 12 assists in 41 appearances in all competitions.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Everton have all been credited with an interest in the Ivory Coast international, who is said to be valued in the region of £70m by Lille.
According to The Times, though, United are pressing ahead with a move for the winger in the hope of bringing him to Old Trafford ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.
The Red Devils have struggled to fill the right-sided attacking berth in their team over the last few seasons, with Juan Mata struggling to make his mark in that area of the field.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, who have already completed summer moves for Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, are also said to be closing in on a deal for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
