Manchester City are reportedly prepared to make a move for Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry if Raheem Sterling leaves this summer.
The Germany international scored 14 goals in 34 league appearances last season, helping his side win a 10th consecutive Bundesliga title.
Gnabry's current contract is due to expire next year, and he has reportedly turned down an offer of a new deal from Bayern, who are keen to retain the services of the 26-year-old.
However, if a new contract cannot be agreed then the Bavarians are reportedly prepared to offload Gnabry in the current transfer window instead of losing him on a free transfer next summer.
According to The Sun, Man City are also interested in signing Gnabry as Sterling's replacement if the Englishman does depart the club this summer.
The Citizens would have to meet the reported £35m asking price and fight off competition from Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool who have all been linked with Gnabry.
The former Arsenal player has scored 64 goals in his 171 appearances for Bayern, and he has won four league titles and a Champions League trophy in his time with the club.
