Manchester City will bank a minimum of £19m from Brahim Diaz's imminent sale to Real Madrid, according to a report.
The teenage attacker is believed to be in talks with Los Blancos over a January transfer worth in the region of £15m.
City expect the move to go through in the coming days, with Madrid also agreeing to a series of add-ons that could drive the fee up to £21m.
According to The Sun, the Citizens have also negotiated a sell-on fee that will see them recapture 15% from his next move.
Should the Spanish youngster leave Madrid for Manchester United, meanwhile, City will supposedly get 40% of the transfer fee.
Diaz has been used just three times in all competitions by Pep Guardiola this season, with his most recent outing for the club coming in the EFL Cup win over Leicester City last month.
