Luka Jovic 'wants Manchester United move'

Manchester United have reportedly been informed by Luka Jovic's agent that the Real Madrid forward wants to join them on loan for the 2020-21 campaign.

The Red Devils are said to be weighing up the possibility of signing the Serbia international on a short-term deal as the club look to improve their options in the final third of the field.

According to the Daily Star, Inter Milan and Roma are also interested in the centre-forward, but Jovic's agent has told United that he wants to join them this summer.

Madrid signed the 22-year-old in a big-money deal from Eintracht Frankfurt last July, but he has struggled to make his mark at the Bernabeu, managing just two goals in 28 appearances.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will allegedly attempt to complete two new signings before the transfer window comes to a close on October 5.

Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele and Watford's Ismaila Sarr are both thought to be alternatives to the club's number one transfer target Jadon Sancho.
