Juan Mata could be set for a January move to Juventus, according to reports.

Juventus are lining up a January offer for Manchester United's Juan Mata, according to reports.

Mata, 26, joined the Red Devils from Chelsea in January, but has found first-team opportunities limited under new manager Louis van Gaal.

The situation has alerted Juventus, who are looking to add reinforcements to their squad for their Champions League campaign, according to Tuttosport.

Manchester United's absence from the Champions League means that Mata could represent Juventus in Europe this season, if the move went ahead.
