Juventus have reportedly opened talks over a January deal for Manchester United outcast Donny van de Beek.
The 24-year-old only started four Premier League games during his debut season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is being heavily linked with an exit from Old Trafford in the coming months.
Van de Beek is understood to have had a move to Everton blocked in the summer, and a recent report claimed that the Red Devils are also reluctant to lose him in January.
However, La Stampa claims that Juventus have now made contact with Van de Beek's entourage to discuss a potential move over the winter transfer window.
The report adds that United would only be prepared to sanction a loan move with an option or obligation to buy, but Barcelona are also thought to want Van de Beek as they eye reinforcements in midfield.
Van de Beek has made just three appearances across all competitions this season, playing just six minutes of Premier League football against Newcastle United.
