Zlatan Ibrahimovic hints that he could still leave Manchester United this summer if he believes that his contribution to the team is not at the required level.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has refused to 100% commit himself to Manchester United next season, despite head coach Jose Mourinho confirming that the club have exercised a 12-month extension on the striker's contract.

Speaking to the media ahead of Thursday's Europa League clash with Feyenoord, Mourinho revealed that Ibrahimovic's initial one-year deal would be extended until the end of the 2017-18 campaign.

However, the experienced forward claimed that he has not actually had any discussions with the Red Devils and could move on if he believes that his contribution to the team is not at the required level.

"I feel good. I feel fresh and in shape. I want to be realistic to myself and if I'm here, I want to be able to perform. There have been no discussions. If it continues like this, then yes there will be an extension," Ibrahimovic told reporters.

Ibrahimovic, who has been linked with a move to the MLS, has scored eight times in 17 appearances for Man United this season after joining on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.
