Eden Hazard: 'I'm leaving'

Lille winger Eden Hazard has taken to Twitter to confirm that he will be leaving the French club at the end of the season.

The 21-year-old, who has been strongly linked with moves to Manchester United and Manchester City, is expected to move to the Premier League in the summer.

"Two games more to play in the colours of LOSC... Sniff," the youngster tweeted.

Hazard has scored 17 goals in 36 Ligue 1 games for Lille this season.
