Everton are reportedly ready to rival Manchester United for the signature of Lille attacker Jonathan Ikone this summer.
The 21-year-old has had a direct hand in 11 goals from 36 appearances for Lille this season, scoring four and creating a further seven across all competitions.
Ikone's form has seen him linked with a move away from the French outfit, although they are understood to have put a £60m price tag on his head.
Despite that, Le Foot reports that Everton are still weighing up a move when the transfer window reopens, with Man United also thought to be interested.
Ikone's performances earned him a maiden call-up to the France squad last year, with Didier Deschamps handing him his debut against Albania in September.
The attacking midfielder, who can also play on the wing, is one of a number of Lille players to have been linked with a move away from the club this summer, including another Everton target in Gabriel Magalhaes and another United-linked player in Victor Osimhen.
