Chelsea 'make dizzying offer for Barcelona's Ilaix Moriba'

Chelsea have reportedly offered Ilaix Moriba a 'dizzying contract', as the Blues attempt to sign the highly-rated Barcelona teenager.

The 18-year-old made 18 appearances for Ronald Koeman's side during the 2020-21 campaign, but his future at Camp Nou is far from clear, having this far refused to renew his contract, which expires next June.

Moriba has not been involved in Barcelona's pre-season preparations amid the speculation surrounding his future, and the Catalan giants are thought to be losing patience with the youngster.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the La Liga giants want the midfielder to make a decision on his future by the end of the weekend.

The report claims that Chelsea are currently at the top of the list of potential suitors, and the Premier League club have 'made a dizzying offer' for his services.

Moriba - also linked with Manchester United and Manchester City - has allegedly been offered the chance to sign a five-year deal at Camp Nou but wants to substantially increase his salary.
