Barcelona reportedly make contact with Robert Lewandowski's representatives over a possible move from Borussia Dortmund.

Barcelona have reportedly entered the chase for in-demand Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski.

The Poland international is expected to leave the German outfit this summer, but a proposed move to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich appears to have been blocked by Dortmund.

Manchester United are also thought to be interested in the 24-year-old, but Barcelona have now emerged as contenders by making contact with Lewandowski's representatives, according to ESPN.

The striker's current contract at Dortmund expires next summer.
