Aston Villa are reportedly set to offer Jack Grealish a lucrative new deal in order to ward off interest from Manchester United.
Grealish captained Villa to Premier League survival in the most recent campaign and notched up eight goals and six assists along the way, leading to talk of a potential move to Man United.
However, the Red Devils are believed to be prioritising a move for Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, and will therefore wait a while before deciding whether or not to swoop for Grealish.
Nevertheless, The Sun reports that Villa are set to bump up Grealish's wage from £70k to £100k per week as they look to keep the Englishman on the books at Villa Park.
Grealish's current deal with Dean Smith's side is set to expire in the summer of 2023, but the report claims that Villa will attempt to tie their captain down for an additional two years until 2025.
Tyrone Mings and John McGinn are also believed to be in line for new deals owing to their impressive campaigns.
