Man United injury news vs. Liverpool: Mount blow, Hojlund, Shaw return dates

Sports Mole rounds up Manchester United's injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with Liverpool.

Manchester United will be bidding to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they welcome Liverpool to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

The Red Devils opened their 2024-25 season with a 1-0 success over Fulham at Old Trafford, but they were beaten 2-1 by Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex last weekend.

There is pressure on head coach Erik ten Hag to deliver a positive result in this contest, as two defeats from three games would represent a poor start for the 20-time English champions.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man United's injury and suspension news ahead of their contest with Liverpool, who have won both of their games at the start of the new campaign.
