Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly planning to use Jadon Sancho as a right-sided wing-back in upcoming matches.
Solskjaer is expected to be in charge for the team's next game against Watford on November 20 despite last weekend's 2-0 defeat to Manchester City in the Manchester derby.
Sancho has made 13 appearances for Man United this season since arriving from Borussia Dortmund but has failed to contribute a goal or an assist, with the attacker struggling to make his mark.
According to The Athletic, Solskjaer believes that the 21-year-old is capable of playing as a wing-back during matches where teams sit in against the Red Devils.
The report claims that the England international has been used as a wing-back in recent training sessions and has impressed with his defensive capabilities.
Sancho, who scored 50 goals and registered 64 assists in 137 appearances for Dortmund, has been an unused substitute in two of Man United's last three Premier League matches.
