Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs gives manager Sir Alex Ferguson credit for rotating the squad at the right times.

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs believes that it is important for manager Sir Alex Ferguson to rotate the squad in order to keep the players fresh.

The Red Devils have come to the end of their hectic festive schedule and Ferguson is expected to make plenty of team changes for this weekend's FA Cup third-round tie against West Ham United.

"We've got a good squad and the manager has rotated things right," The Express quotes Giggs as saying. "We looked fresh against Wigan and that's credit to the manager.

"You never know what you're going to get when you've got four games in 10 days when it comes to injuries and fatigue."

United currently sit seven points above Manchester City in the Premier League table.
