Feyenoord striker Dirk Kuyt has revealed that all he could hear was Paul Pogba "screaming and shouting" at his Manchester United teammates when the clubs met in the Europa League on Thursday.
Jose Mourinho's United side fell foul of a late winner from Tonny Vilhena as they lost 1-0 in Rotterdam, leaving Kuyt to tell of the extent of Pogba's frustrations as part of a laboured Reds midfield.
"All I heard during the first half against United was Pogba screaming and shouting at his own players," said Kuyt, according to The Mirror.
"And when it was half time, he was shouting at them all even louder. He was screaming at them, about the things which were not going right for the team.
"The thing about United is that they only know one way to play. We waited for them to attack and stayed very compact as a team because we knew that if you attack them from the beginning then you run into a knife."
United's next game sees them take on Watford at Vicarage Road in the Premier League on Sunday.
