Rio Ferdinand has tipped England to run out 2-1 winners against Italy in the quarter-finals of Euro 2012 later today.
The centre-back, who was overlooked for selection by manager Roy Hodgson for the tournament, has also backed two of his Manchester United teammates to notch the goals for the Three Lions.
"I'm going for an England win 2 - 1, Rooney + Welbeck at the double! Come on englaaaaaaaaand," he wrote on Twitter.
Most bookmakers are offering odds of 17/2 for a 2-1 England win.
