Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has insisted that Rasmus Hojlund will become a regular goalscorer for the Red Devils once the team has found a consistent level of performance.
The 20-year-old has scored three times in three Champions League appearances this season following his arrival from Atalanta BC during the summer transfer window.
However, he is yet to find the back of the net in eight Premier League appearances, drawing another blank against Fulham on Saturday afternoon.
Hojliund has been substituted in his side's last three league matches, but Ten Hag has revealed that he has been pleased with the Denmark international's start to his career.
"I think he [has integrated] very well. He has scored already three goals in the Champions League, which is very good for an integration period," Ten Hag told reporters on Tuesday when asked about the summer arrival.

"I think as a team we can be better in possession so we can create more and better chances and that will also give our offensive players more opportunities to score goals.
"What we have to work on is a stable starting XI or at least 12 or 13 players and then the routines will be better and we will create better chances.
"But as I said, social-wise, I think he has integrated very good in the team and in the club. From a football perspective, he has already scored three goals in the Champions League which is a very good performance and from hereon he has to take it on and improve.
"That is the character of Rasmus. He wants to improve every day so it is lovely to work with him, with such characters."

Ten Hag also said that Hojlund "understands" that he must improve in the Premier League and is "working very hard in training".
"He understands but of course, we speak with him about this because he is still a young player," the manager added ahead of Wednesday's clash with Copenhagen.
"He is smart. He understands the situation he is in and he is aware of it and he wants to score goals. When he is not, he is so keen to score in the next game. He is working very hard in training to get his progress in."
Hojlund has been Man United's starting forward since overcoming a back injury, with Anthony Martial only scoring once in all competitions this term.
The Red Devils are said to be planning to move for a new centre-forward in January to ease the pressure on Hojlund, with the Dane still relatively inexperienced in the professional game.
