New West Ham United manager Manuel Pellegrini is tempted to swoop on former club Manchester City for youngster Phil Foden, according to a report.
Pellegrini was appointed as David Moyes's successor on Tuesday and is said to have been given big financial backing for his first summer in charge.
The Mirror reports that Foden is on the Chilean's list of targets, seeing the 17-year-old - the youngest-ever Premier League winner - as a good midfield option.
City will not sell the England Under-19s international, however, with a season-long loan move the best United can hope for.
A reunion between Pellegrini and Yaya Toure is also said to be a possibility, as the Ivorian is available on a free after being released by the Citizens.
