Roma eyeing move for James Milner?

Roma are reportedly prepared to offer Manchester City's James Milner a £100,000-per-week contract to make a switch to Serie A in the summer.

Roma are reportedly keen on bringing Manchester City's James Milner to Serie A in the summer.

The Daily Star suggests that Roma's director of football Walter Sabatini has already been in Manchester for talks, with the club reported to be prepared to offer Milner a three-year deal.

It is thought that the Rome side would be happy to offer the England international £100,000 in wages each week, with an additional joining fee of £2.5m.

Milner currently has less than six months left on his contract at the Etihad.
