Paris Saint-Germain have given up their pursuit of Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
The French club had held discussions with the Argentine's representatives over the weekend regarding a potential move to the capital.
However, the talks are believed to have broken down because of Tevez's desire to join AC Milan.
"We stopped the negotiations," PSG general manager Leonardo told L'Equipe. "There was an opportunity, we have studied it and made a good offer but failed to agree.
"We will not exaggerate in our proposals. So we stop. It's over."
Inter Milan are also reportedly interested in signing Tevez.
